    Hi Sandi and Sage,

    I just wanted to say thank you for your BQ marathon training plan! For a New Zealander who’s living in Chicago, I recently completed the Berlin Marathon in 2:58:40 (comfortably below my 3:05 BQ requirement). I would’ve thought this feat was unattainable only a few years ago, but with some hard work and perseverance I should hopefully toe the line at Boston in 2018. Again, I just wanted to send you my gratitude for a grueling but also enjoyable training plan. Keep up the good work and I’ll keep watching/listening to your podcasts.
