This plan is geared more for those of you who run in the 20 mile per week (or 32km/week) range, but would like to slowly build-up to running 5-6 times per week. We call it our “Aerobic Base Building Plan” because that is exactly what it does: it builds up your stamina and endurance in a progressive manner! This is exactly what allows you to run faster and longer in the future! The plan comes in both Metric and US distance versions.
