We offer three different half marathon training plans depending on your time goals, experience level (weekly mileage) and time you have to train.

The “Not So Beginner” Half Marathon Plan

(2:20-1:25 time goal, up to 35-40 miles or 56-64km per week).

THE Half Marathon Plan

(sub 1:50-1:25 time goal, up to 45 to 55 miles or 72-88km per week).

The Advanced Half Marathon Plan

(sub 1:20 to even sub 1:10 time goal, up to 68 to 78 miles or109-142km per week).
