We have 3 different Half Marathon Training Plans for you depending on your experience level, time commitments to train, and goal race times. If you are still starting out in running (and not quite ready to go for a half marathon PR yet) we highly recommend some of our Free Plans like the Aerobic Base Building Plan. 

Our Half Marathon Plans are as follows:

The “Not So Beginner” Half Marathon Plan (up to 30-40 miles or 50km-65km/week).

Our Standard Sage Running Half Marathon Training Plan (1:50 to 1:25 time goal range)

Very Advanced Half Marathon Training Plan (high mileage, experienced runners with a sub 1:25 to even sub 1:10 goal).
